Returns: At Sacred Moments Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our handmade and personalized items, we do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects.

Refunds or Replacement: We strive to ensure that all products leaving our store meet our quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund/replacement process, please email us at sacredmomentsdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description or images of the defect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
